1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Website Development Services: If we have not started work on your project or if significant milestones have not been met, you may request a full or partial refund. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the project and the progress made.
  • WooCommerce Setup and Customization Services: Refunds are available if services have not commenced or if there are performance issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time frame.
  • Payment Gateway Integration: Refunds may be granted if the payment gateway integration is incomplete or if technical issues on our side prevent proper functionality, and we are unable to fix the issue.

Note: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchasing the service.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed Website Development Projects: Once a project is completed, tested, and delivered as per the agreed specifications, refunds are not possible.
  • Custom Development and Design Work: Custom-coded features, plugins, or design elements are non-refundable once development has commenced.
  • Domain Names and Hosting Services: If you’ve purchased domain names or hosting services through us, these costs are non-refundable as they are handled by third-party providers (Hostiner).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@technicalhimanshu.in explaining the issue and reason for the refund request.
  • Review Process: We will review your request and communicate with you within 5-7 business days to determine the eligibility of the refund.
  • Approval & Refund: If approved, the refund will be credited within 10 business days via the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has already been done on your project, a partial refund may be offered depending on the amount of work completed. This will be calculated based on the services already rendered and any pre-agreed milestones.

5. Revisions and Redelivery

If you are not satisfied with the final product or service, we encourage you to contact us for revisions. We offer a specified number of revisions, as outlined in our service agreement, to ensure the final product meets your expectations before any refund is considered.

6. Changes to the Refund and Return Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be communicated via email or website notification.
